Terms and Conditions

**‘We,’ ‘us,’** refers to *First Aid Training South Wales*.

**‘You,’ ‘the student,’ ‘the customer’** refers to the person responsible for the purchase of first aid training and/or goods, or the recipient of a voucher/course/goods.

Privacy

Our web servers and payment methods ensure the security of any personal data you provide via our website. We do not store such information online. Details taken in person are securely stored by us for the minimum required periods, in accordance with applicable laws.

Payment

Payment for any of our vouchers and courses can be made via bank transfer, online with a credit card or debit card.

Cancellation of Your Order and Refunds

You have fourteen working days to request a refund. This request must be made in writing or via email; cancellations by phone are not accepted. After the fourteen days have elapsed, no refund is due..

Delivery

Delivery of certificates by Royal Mail standard delivery is included in the price. Any other requested delivery methods will be charged to the customer.

Postponement

If you wish to change the date of your booking, you must give us at least 72 hours’ notice by telephone or email. Failure to notify us within 72 hours of your arranged date, or not turning up, will result in forfeiture of your session. No refund or alternative will be offered.

Age Limit

The minimum age for first aid training with *First Aid Training South Wales* is 18 years old. There is the opportunity to teach under 18 years old. Please contact us for further advice and details.

Health

You should inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate, but ultimately, it is up to you to decide on your own capabilities. We reserve the right to refuse to train anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or anyone we feel is mentally or physically unfit for the activity.

Cancellation by First Aid Training South Wales

We reserve the right to cancel a training session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor unavailability or other significant issues. If we cancel, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund. We will not be held responsible for any travel or accommodation costs, or any expenses incurred due to such cancellations.
